How Medimpus Recognizes You
Medimpus recognizes your institution's members automatically by the rule you set; everyone recognized accesses all content through your institutional subscription.
You do not set up access person by person: you define your campus network, your institutional email domains, or both. A new student or staff member who matches this rule reaches the content right away without waiting for separate approval, and you can change the rule at any time.
Throughout your institutional subscription period, recognized members access all video lessons, questions and review cards; when the period ends, institutional access closes automatically.

These settings are made together with you when the institutional subscription is set up and can be updated whenever your institution's needs change. If you are not sure which fits you, just mention it in the request form.
Automatic matching by institutional email
You define your institution's email domains; people who sign up with these domains are linked to your institution automatically. You block domains you do not want, such as guest accounts.
Who links to your institution is entirely up to you: you open, close or remove a domain from the list, and the change applies from the next login.
