2 Scope of Service
Medimpus is an online education platform offering video lectures, question banks, flashcards and analytics tools for medical students and healthcare professionals. The Platform is licensed for individual educational use only.
3 Account Creation and Security
You must register with a valid email address to use the Platform. You are solely responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password with anyone. If you notice that your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
4 Prohibited Uses
Reproducing, distributing or sharing Platform content on other platforms for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access to the system, installation of malware or any behavior that negatively affects other users' experience may result in account closure.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform (video lectures, question banks, flashcards, texts and visuals) belongs to Medimpus or its respective content providers. Unauthorized use of these copyrighted materials may be subject to legal proceedings under applicable intellectual property laws.
6 Limitation of Liability
Medimpus does not guarantee that the Platform will operate continuously and error-free. Platform content is for educational purposes only and should not be used as a primary source in clinical decision-making. Medimpus cannot be held responsible for damages arising from misinterpretation or misuse of the content.
7 Changes to Terms
Medimpus reserves the right to update these terms of use without prior notice. The current terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the terms in force.
